The resolution field only allows plain text at the moment.

Many of our resolutions involve posting screenshots as evidence, it would be great for us to be able to have rich text formatting, be able to paste screenshots and add attachments in the solution field.

For rich text formatting, we use bullet points, or numbered points often, so this would be great.

It's very difficult and inefficient to only use plain text for resolutions.
