Resource booking functionality questions

I'm exploring the resource booking functionality in Zoho Bookings for my organisation's needs. I have a few questions about the available Zoho Bookings functionalities.

  1. Is it possible to force all users to sign up for an account before they book a resource?

  2. I have enabled the integration with Zoho CRM and I would also like to add the company information of the new sign-up into the CRM. I have configured in the sign-up form to collect this information but I don't seem to see the option to trigger the creation of an Accounts record (if the Account doesn't exist).
