Reuse custom field?

Hi, in a layout I have created a few custom fields that I would like to use them again in other sections of the same layout. How can I do that without creating custom fields each time?

An example is I want to create a field called "Contact Meeting Details" with the type multi-line. I want to use this field in 3 different sections I have created in my layout for the Contact record. Right now, there's no "copy-paste"/pick and choose this field, and I have to give unique names to the field name for every instance.
