Everyday, I make a lot of sales calls. I write all the information down about the potential client along with the result of the call. If I want to call them in the future, whether tomorrow or next week, I have to put it down on the calendar manually. I want to AUTOMATE. I want to have a daily call list, that is linked with my ZOHO CRM. When I make a call, I can record the results and it will automatically populate the CRM record as well as a calendar date in the future for follow up. I could better explain with a phone conversation
