I looked though Zoho Desk but could not find an option to round time entries similar how you can in Zoho Books timesheets (Found in Settings > Preferences > Projects).

If this isn't a feature I'd propose it become one so MSPs and freelancers who bill their time in 10 or 15 minute intervals can do so without having to manually round and enter the time entries.
