Sales IQ chat is not working

Hi,

I am using zoho sales IQ for adding chat feature in my android application. The sales IQ chat icon is working good for some time nicely. But I dont know why it suddenly disappears, I have waited for long time and in the mean while I have compiled my application various time for verification and also I have done checking after re-installing the app in the device.

Please help me to get rid of this issue....
