Sales IQ creating multiple leads for the same visitor
Hi there,
We've noticed over the last few days (possibly longer) that sales IQ seems to be creating multiple records in the CRM for the same user.
For example, I have one user that has been added as a lead 5 times in the past 24 hours. So it's creating leads for the same email address.
Is there a setting or something that we need to change for this?
