Sales IQ Script Smart Bot Development

We are currently in the process of designing a smart bot and we have already created the structure, we are just facing some difficulties with linking it with our CRM.

We have already started with developing the smart bot. Its purpose is to:

Create an easy way for our visitor to be able to obtain the following quote (Care Providers, First Aid Paramedics and First Aid Training) 24/7 (whether it be during business hours or outside of business hours)

What is left to be done

When the user selected 1 of the insurance quotation option above,
sync the information to our ZOHO CRM by converting it as a LEAD record which would trigger the workflows and blueprints that we currently have in CRM (we are thinking of FieldUpdate, but we are happy to review other options)

When the Client wanted to select ‘Chat with a Representative’,
If it is outside of business hour (e.g. after 5pm), provide an auto response

We are looking for options with Zoho Partners. Would you be able to assist us with this. Thank you.
