SalesInbox duplicates emails in both "CONTACT & LEADS" and "NOT IN CRM"

SalesInbox duplicates emails in both "CONTACT & LEADS" and "NOT IN CRM"

Hi,

Seems like SalesInBox would occasionally category the same email into both "CONTACT & LEADS" and "NOT IN CRM". 

See the attachment for screenshot. There are a few emails with exact same senders, content, and everything that appears in both categories. Both of the senders are on the Contact list in CRM.

So I don't really know how to deal with this? Would we solve this soon?
