SalesIQ and Zoho CRM Integration - Chat creates a Lead = Lead Source is UnAccounted

SalesIQ and Zoho CRM Integration - Chat creates a Lead = Lead Source is UnAccounted

Hello,

I set up a SalesIQ and Zoho CRM Integration so the website chat creates new Leads in the CRM. However, all Leads are created with the field Lead Source is UnAccounted instead of Chat website.

How can I fix that?

I think Zoho needs to create a document with better explanations about setting up customized Lead Sources and Lead Status, and how to properly set them up according to the business needs.
