Salesiq chat always offline - server error

Guys, we're not able to put our chat online.

When accessing the site, the chat always appears offline

To try to put it online, we go to the control panel, but when we click to leave the chat online, the system informs us that it is giving an error when connecting to the server.

Does anybody know how to solve this?
