SalesIQ chat not showing up on mobile with react native

I have Guided Conversations and SalesIQ Chat enabled in Zoho Desk.

But only Guided Conversations is displayed in the app.

Can you help me figure out what I might be missing? Why is SalesIQ Chat not showing up?
