SalesIQ Monthly Reports Not Available to Admins?
You guys created a beautiful and helpful monthly SalesIQ Live Chat Analytics report. I like it. Thank you for providing it.
My concern? Only the portal owner can see it.
My team (administrator level permissions) cannot see these SalesIQ monthly analytics reports. It means I can't delegate to my executive team to review and analyze that data.
Please open that up to administrator level in SalesIQ. If I gave them admin permission, it means I want them to have information.
Also, it would be helpful to be able to access those monthly reports directly from within the Reports panel in SalesIQ. Unless I am missing something, the only way I can access those reports is to dig up an email and follow the link from there.
