SalesIQ not showing on our website

Hi,

We have followed the advice about settings for Sales IQ but still this is not showing on our website for visitors. It just stopped working this morning.

Here are the settings (see below) and we have a page that should show the chat pop up - http://www.weddingvenues.com/admin

We haven't changed anything and have checked the code in the page.
