SalesIQ showing a customer visit every time I am on site

SalesIQ showing a customer visit every time I am on site

Hi, I somehow have become associated in SalesIQ, with one of our Contacts in Zoho CRM. So, instead of seeing our Contact's visits, I get a flag saying that our contact has visited every time I am on the site.

How do I break this link in CRM or in SalesIQ?
