SalesIQ Visitor Tracking stopped showing any visitors since yesterday Feb 22 2017

Hello - We stopped getting any visitors showing on our visitor tracking screen yesterday. It was working for over a year and now nothing? can you please let me know if anything changed? How can I engage you to help me fix this?
