SalesIQ widget no longer showing after few days.

SalesIQ widget no longer showing after few days.

I'm on trial version and has copied the widget code to my site and it was working for a couple of days and since Saturday it no longer showed the widget. I have disabled company working hours as instructed in some other posts but still nothing showing.

I have sent an email to support but after 24 hours, still no replies.
