SalesIQ - Wordpress Chat Window not Showing Up

Hello Team,

We are trying to use ZohoSales IQ with our wordpress site. (www.mayehair.com ) After Inserting the "Float Window" Code snippet to our site, we don't see the Chat Window Popup. The Chat Window is way down at the bottom of the page, where users don't go.
