We need to create a School Administration APP in Zoho Creator. The objective of this APP is to assist in the administration of small schools. There will be authorized users who can enter and modify data for schools, employees, students, academic periods, classes and payments. It will work on a branch-like basis so when a specific school is chosen, only employees, students, periods & classes for that school are shown and when a specific class is shown only students in that class are displayed etc. Users will be able to add notes about each school, employee, student, class etc. This is only the initial skeleton of the APP. Once this has been created, in separate projects we will need to add other functions like specific views, class reports, student reports, invoices, stateless forms for editing selected data, scripts to send & receive data to/from external websites etc. See attachment for details on the forms and scripts to be created in this first step.
