Screenshot blurred/ broken in Outlook

Another example is screenshots.
If the screenshots are sent via the Help Center the screenshots are shown properly but as soon as email are sent from outlook the images from that thread are ALL broken
Screenshots are blurred or image is sent broken when responses are received from Zoho Support teams.
This isn't the case when screenshots and email thread is sent from outlook.
In outlook web it the images are also broken

I have reported this multiple times already via support channels and I have not received any reponse.
This is affecting progress effectiveness of the troubleshooting, and the progress,
This needs to be addressed.
