Scribble on iPad Pro in iOS 14 does not work properly

Hi there,

I can use scribble in sketch mode but not in notes itself. Double tap on pencil does also not start/stop voice recording.

I do get the scribble board (grey overlay) but in there it does not write with the pencil but only move the area around.
