Tip of the week #16 - Search and filter threads based on criteria

Zoho TeamInbox lets you search and filter threads with any information that you have about the thread. You just have to input the criteria and Zoho TeamInbox will list all the threads that match the condition.

Firstly, there is a global search you can use to find threads with a specific keyword across teams and inboxes. You can add more filter criteria on top of this. Following are all the conditions you can set:

Subject: filter threads with a specific subject line

From: filter threads received from a specific sender

To: filter threads sent to a specific receiver

CC: filter threads with a specific email address Cced

Has attachments: check this option to filter threads with attachments

Has inline images: check this option to filter threads with images

Inbox: filter threads belonging in a specific inbox

Assignments: filter threads based on whether they are assigned to a member or not

Tag: filter threads assigned with a specific tag

Assignee: filter threads assigned to a specific member

Replied by: filter threads where a specific member has replied

@mentions: filter threads where a specific member is @mentioned in the comments

Attachments: filter threads based on the attachment name or content
