Search for account when adding contact from GMail widget

When adding a new email address as a contact to existing account inside GMail, the widget does not auto-complete and does not allow searching for existing account. The result is that if the account name was not written EXACTLY as it is in Zoho, a new account will be created for the contact.
The widget should work like the ZOho CRM Email add-on works for adding a contact - there's a search button next to account selection box, which verifies the name typed and suggest similar names.
