We have a zoho creator database which needs some work. The purpose of the database is to enter customer collections and deliveries over the phone. When we place the job on the system using a form, we are not able to see the customers details if they have an account with us and have to ask them for their address again because we cant see the separate list of customer at the same time. We have a separate list of customer accounts on zoho and we regularly upload .CSV information about the customers account. (if the are suspended for not paying etc). Ideally, when the customer phones us, we want to be able to enter the collection job, and on the same form search for the customer using several search options like, their post/ zip code, name, account number etc (whatever info the customer has at the time). If there are several customers with the same name "Smith" we need to be able to see the first part of their address to make sure the correct selection is made. EG: Mr Smith House 1, somewhere. We have 2000 customers on the list, so a fetch dropdown box would not be practical. When the customer has been selected within the form, we want to know that their account is OK and active and not on hold/cash only etc. Can anyone do this?
