Search function needed

Search function needed

I have created a ZOHO database and need help creating a search feature. I have a search function, but it is not displaying the results. This is probably an easy coding fix that I don't know. I've attached a PDF of what I am trying to accomplish. I need the "seeker" to be able to search by zip code or business name and the results displayed in HTML.
