Secundary e-mailaddresses
Hi,
I am a heavy user of Sales Inbox. This has changed my life!
One suggestion: some of my contacts have 2 mailaddresses in the same domain that act as aliasses.
Sales Inbox does not recognise this as the same person.
I have tried addding one of the mailaddresses in CRM as second e-mail but still, mails coming from this person do not get recognised as a single person.
This is a handicap that could be overcome by adding the secundary e-mail as a 'recognition field' for Sales Inbox.
Is this something that you woulld consider?
