Security angle when mutiple users connect thru Zoho Project

1. A main concern for me , as a project Administrator is about of sharing secure information of a project to all users in the project.

For example, in a web project, i will have to put some secure information like, server details, password, hosting, domain, etc. Currently we put all these information in announcement.

The problem here is. lets say , i had around 10 users on a project of which 6 are developer and 3 designer and 1 tester, i dont need to share the information like server details, password, hosting, domain logins to the designers or tester.

In zoho can we have a place to put such information and select users who have access to such information from the user list in the project. Ex : if i give the godaddy domain details, i can select the project manager and give only him access to this information. in same way, i can give the DB details , assign only to DB admin

2. The second concern is about users accessing it from different location.

I know zoho has a feature of allowing to access , the site from certain static ip. But the logged in user can change this access from his login. can this not be restricted to be accessed only by site admin, who can give permission for each user from what ip he can access zoho from.

3. Also, it will be great , if we can select users, who can have access to the attached documents. For example, the Project quotation need not be shared with developers

Please let me know , if any of these items are in development or is this something you are planning to implement as these point have some USP compared to other vendors

Task Inline Editing Enhancement
Hi All, Today, we have made an enhancement in task inline editing. In 4.0, task edit is moved in a single screen in a pop-up. We designed this in-order to make the task edit across the product to be the same. Let it be in Feeds, Tasks & My Tasks tab, Calendar & My Calendar tab, a click on the task title will open the popup and user can edit the values. Customers pointed us the inline editing was very useful to them & how much they miss that in 4.0. Based on the feedback, we have rolled out this enhancement.
