Send more than 1 automated chat invite to a lead?

Hi all,

I'm using automation / triggers to send a canned message to my site's visitors. The first message is time based and appears after 5 second (e.g., "Hi, how can I help?"). I'd like a second message to be sent 10 seconds later (e.g., "If you need anything please let me know"). But the second message is not appearing.

Is this possible?
