We're currently in the process of implementing a workflow in Zoho Subscriptions. We are already using Books, CRM and Desk as well.

The thing I can't seem to find is a way to trigger a customer notification email whenever a file attachment is added to the customer record (using the paperclip button). As we publish attachments in de Customer Portal, we'd like to notify the customer of the new file being available there. However, the 'attachment' isn't included in any of the workflow trigger events - as far as I can see.

Do you have any ideas on how we can manage triggering an automated notification every time a file is added?
