Send service resources a SMS via twilio once a service appointment is assigned to them

I'm currently working on integrating Twilio with Zoho FSM to automate SMS notifications for our service resources. Specifically, I want to send an SMS to our technicians as soon as a service appointment is assigned to them in Zoho FSM. I believe this would streamline our communication and ensure timely updates for our field team.

Here's a brief overview of what I'm trying to achieve:

Trigger: When a service appointment is assigned to a technician in Zoho FSM.

Action: Automatically send an SMS to the assigned technician via Twilio with the appointment details.

Has anyone successfully implemented a similar workflow? I'm looking for guidance on how to set this up, including any necessary scripts or configurations. Any tips, best practices, or examples would be greatly appreciated!
