Sending CRM Email from Zoho Flow

Sending CRM Email from Zoho Flow

Hello, I am receiving this error when I attempt to send an email from a template in the CRM through Zoho Flow: 
Zoho CRM says "the related id given seems to be invalid"
I am currently using the contact ID in the Entity ID field. I've also tried the Template ID. There definitely should be better documentation on this process!
