Sending email to Zendesk portal
Hi Support,
I want to be able to send an email to a vendor's system which is using Zendesk..
To send an email to a particular ticket in Zendesk we send it to support+id<zendeskticketid>@xxx.zendesk.com
These emails were received in Zendesk, but they were put in "Suspended" folder (like a quarantine/spam folder)
The reason was "Permission denied due to unauthenticated email update"
When I asked ZenDesk, they told me that this is because the email that was received lacked the following email headers:
- Message ID
- In reply To
- References
Is there a Deluge Function that allow me to extract these values from the first email that I received from the other side.
I also need a deluge function to put these 3 headers back into the email that I'll be sending back to them.
Any idea on how to do this?
