Service desk plus not showing some users in the Associated Jira Issues (REPORTER drop down menu)
Hi we have three users including myself on the service desk who have dropped off out jira integration.
No settings have changed and they show in the other available drop downs on the page.
Could we do a screenshare to show an example?
