Setting Timezone

Hi,

I'm trying to set the timezone under "Settings - Company Settings". For Singapore users, which one should I select? Currently my timezone shows "Europe/Dublin".

Also, in fact I have users in Singapore as well as New York. I've seen previous postings last year where other users requested for the function to set a different time zone for each participant in a project. Is this now possible?
