Share via link with 3rd party, not email

I use Zoho Desk, I want to share a password with a customer but I want the interaction logged in Zoho desk.

Currently, Zoho Vault wants to send the email to the customer who is not logged in to the current email chain.

Can we have the option (allowed to be turned on and off by admin) to share vault items via a link (copy link button) as opposed to having to enter the customer's email and then have it sent from there

Below is a screen grab from 1Password (competitor) that allows to copy the link

this would allow me to communicate this link via Zoho Desk and keep the communications within the same email chain.
