Shared Mailbox - CRM

How to link an email sent to a shared mailbox with a contact or a lead in CRM.

I tried with Teambox, the extension does not.

I tried with shared mailbox in mail, this was disabled by the support because not planned.

Please give me the correct way to do it or a workaround because it's a really big problem.
