Our company has multiple excel templates that many people have access to use.  When a user uses the template they must save it as something else to keep the template clean.

I have created a template in sheets but I have not seen a way to keep it clean using sheets.  How can we keep the template to remain clean after each use.  i did not find a way to do that, when the sheet was closed out and reopened it had the previous use information in it and that is not what we want to happen. 

Is there a way to keep the template clean using Sheets?
