Shipping Method

Our business is handling warehousing and shipping for a business with a Shopify web store. In our testing, it appears when an order comes through - we get all the information except for the selected shipping method. We need to be able to capture the customer's selected shipping method so that we can ship the items correctly.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
