ShipStation Flow incorrectly requires the state code and the country code

ShipStation Flow incorrectly requires the state code and the country code

Hello,

Just wanted to pass along...

The ShipStation module should not require state codes or country codes, as these fields are not required by the ShipStation API.

If the country code is not populated, it will be assumed to be that of the shipper.

If the state code is not defined, ShipStation will populate it based on the zipcode.
