Zoho Inventory - Inventory Integrity when utilizing third party platform to Ship

Good Day! I have a unique situation and wanted to see if anyone has any ideas on this. 

Diving in, I don't currently use Zoho Inventory as it does not quite fit my needs. The reason for this is that I Ship Externally from Zoho but utilize Zoho using Zoho Books to bill weekly. When the Invoices are created it does deduct Inventory but since we do this just once per week this puts us a week behind on Inventory counts.

The platform I use to ship is Shipstation. That is where all of my commerce channels are connected and I created a Custom Report in there of which I utilize for a manual Billing/Invoice creation process in Zoho Books. Despite this being manual I do not want to swap more into Zoho and ship out of here. I need to keep the process with Shipstation and Zoho Books. 

What I initially tried was to create a Zoho Flow between Shipstation and Zoho Inventory. In theory it could work but I did find some significant roadblocks. Those roadblocks are:

1)- Can only have one Store connection per Shipstation Flow
2)- Item ID in Zoho Inventory will only allow me to select one Item per Inventory Flow

To also elaborate on the Flow the Shipstation trigger would be 'Order Shipped' and the Zoho Inventory Action would be 'Create Inventory Adjustment'. This would keep Inventory accurate as I would remove the Books Integration and upon each Shipstation order shipped would make the necessary Inventory adjustment on the item to keep Inventory Integrity.

Now I do understand that I can create multiple Flows but is not really feasible in my case. While doing a different Flow per Shipstation Store is not ideal but no too adverse, the limitation on just one item per Inventory Flow is. I really wish they would allow all items to be selected as an option. Without that this makes it so that I would need a couple hundred Flows per the different items, potentially even more Flows as I would have to duplicate that per each store. (Not really sure if that amount would be seamlessly supported)

While this is somewhat of a 'solution' I have yet to try it due to running into a bug where not all of my Inventory Items are visible in the Flow, as I have quite a few. I have reported this to the Flow team and am awaiting a response to move forward.

I was then looking into Zapier as a possible Integration that could be made but they unfortunately do not support the Inventory Adjustment action in Zoho Inventory.

This to me seems like a unique situation and while other systems/platforms may support my use case, at this time I am not able to swap to those. I would be happy to hear any ideas one would have on this to get accurate Inventory daily.
