Shopify orders not syncing over to Zoho Sales Orders

I have a major issue with the Shopify integration (which is the main reason I decided to use Zoho).

The problems I'm facing are the following:

- Automatic sync is no longer syncing all Shopify items.

- Automatic sync it no longer fetching any Shopify orders.
- Manually initiating a sync fetched items but not sales orders.

Please direct your attention to the screenshot I provided with my sync history. You can see from the outlined rows that the automatic item sync at 03:56PM synced only 1 item, where as the manual sync which I initiated about 1 hour later synced 14 items. Those items were there long before the automatic sync kicked in.

Please also note that the manual order syncs I requested says it synced 1 order but no new sales orders appeared on Zoho. On my Shopify store I have many many more, all of which are completed and fulfilled. The last sales order I have on zoho which came from shopify is 1 month old.

Can I please have some assistance? It looks like an issue with the integration.

I cannot submit anything to accounting until this is resolved.
