Show Zoom Link in Recipient's Calendar
We set up meetings within a record, selecting the "Make this an online meeting". We use Zoom.
Most of the recipients go to their calendar (usually Gmail or Outlook, corporate) to join the Zoom meeting, but there is no Zoom link in the calendar. Can this be included?
- The Zoom link is emailed to them with the meeting invite. Most users immediately delete the invite after they accept.
- The Zoom link is emailed to them in the meeting reminder sent X minutes before the meeting. The problem, when a person is going to attend their meeting, they are reminded by their calendar popup, not by going into email.
If it can't be included, does anyone have a work around?
- For example, we could paste a default meeting link in the 'description' field, but I believe the Zoom link is unique for each appointment and is generated via the meeting invite process, so we would not have it.
- Is there any integration tool like Zapier that could help us accomplish this? Again, we are just trying to make it easy for our clients to provide them a link to the meeting, where they want it.
