Showing sub-form records in a approval process

Showing sub-form records in a approval process

Form A is a purchase order with a sub form containing product items related to Form B.
I create a approval process for this Form A.

But when I tried to approve the form A others have submitted. I couldn't see the sub form content. It only showed the ID related to the Form B.
