Hi there, Here is how my business works:
1- I have already created 4 types of web form with Gravity Forms, and a 5th one is comming soon.
2- Web users fill the form, and the datas go to brookers, who deal with it.
I need you to :
1- Set my Zoho App so that all submited webform fields appear on the prospect list. Fileds names are in french, I will provide you with all csv. Difficulty : these web form include a conditional logic, this means that some forms have 20 fields, some 32, ... Requirments : only filled fields will display on the prospect table.
2- Automatically connect my gravity webforms to my Zoho app.
3- Set a "category" for the forms (5 categories).
4- Show me how to allow 5 different brookers to acess one category for each.
5- Set statuses for the prospects (hot, cold, ongoing, to recontact,...).
6- Make sure adresses are displayed on a map. Yet, some form datas include 2 adresses, one main, and one second. Thank you for having read untill here, feel free to ask me more infos.
