Since Tuesday our users have not been able to access most of the reports one of our core applications.
On Tuesday morning one of our our core applications suddenly denied access to all user reports except me.
I am a developer not and end user and have administrator access. There are 3 other users with the same access although they also have been denied access to all reports in the application itself but they can still edit the application and those reports from there.
This seemed to have happened all of a sudden with all the reports disappeared from the menus and those used for navigation url's denied users access to them which was when we started getting emails and calls from our office and portal users. We have reported the issue to zoho and currently waiting for a resolution to the problem.
We have had some success in re-establishing access to some reports by removing access and re-setting access to a number of the main reports, and we are just doing this when we are notified of a report that a user is trying unsuccessfully to access.
The other issue is that my own user account ID does not show in the users and permissions list. However zoho have confirmed that it is available in their back end view of the application.
We are a premium support customer and zoho have their developers looking for the root cause and a hopefully a quick solution.
So far we have not had any issues with other application but are understandably concerned as we are heading towards a busy time of the year for us.
Has anyone else had this happen to them.
