SKU Automatic generation with alpha-numeric variations

SKU Automatic generation with alpha-numeric variations

Hi All, I'm trying to generate the sku's automatically in item group. but the problem is the variation in sku's are in last with only numeric value. I want it to be Alphabets as mentioned in image. Kindly please help me out with this issue.
