Smart URL domain verification stuck on: "Verifying... Your domain is being verified"

Smart URL domain verification stuck on: "Verifying... Your domain is being verified"

I've added the info to our domain to verify for the smart URL on MarketingHub, but the domain verificaitio is stuck on a page that just says: "Verifying... Your domain is being verified" I've left it running for 20 minutes and still no luck on verification. Wondering if there is something we're doing wrong?
