Some Emails Not Saving

Hi All

We are having some issues with sent mail not being saved in the sent folder and some incoming mail not being allocated to the CRM leads. This is only affecting some emails which I find quite strange.

Is anyone able to assist with this and if there is any settings that I should be looking at?
