Some feedback from a recent Zoho Forms project

I recently implemented a Zoho Forms quote form for a client to provide a quick way for website visitors to get a price for the client service, a fairly common use case for Zoho Forms I am sure.

During the project, the following feedback came up that I thought was worthy of a feature request.

1. Ability to display a different form title than the actual name of the form in the Zoho Forms admin UI. For example, you might have a form called 'Quick Quote Form' but you wouldn't want that to appear to the end user.

2. Optionally hide a calculated formula field. The form I did has many options so the options picked by the user effectively generated a sum'd up number (in a formula field), which I then display a different price depending on the options selected. Currently I am having to show that on the final 'Enter your details...' fields which make no sense to the user. Ideally I would rather hide that from being displayed but included in the collected results.

3. Image Choice fields be single selectable. I love the image choice field, it's a great user experience to provide an icon/picture which looks like a button to press. Unfortunately even if you have form validation set to only allow one option to be picked, the UI actually lets the user select multiple options but then fails validation.
