I am in the process of developing a web CRM application that will use the Zoho document viewer and editor to allow users to view or edit documents online.  I have noticed that if they open a document, then close out and go back into that document within the next 2 minutes or less, that they will often get an error. If they wait for another minute and then try to get back into the same link, it works just fine.  Any ideas?
